They misplaced my suit a few years ago, right before i had several interviews & the teenaged boy working there did nothing to help us, so I had to buy a new one before they eventually found it & we boycotted them for many years. We tried them again recently & once again the presumed owner's son blatantly lied to my husband & has decided to squabble over a few dollars rather than keep a customer happy. we are completely disgusted, & we are through with this dry cleaner! are they ANY honest cleaners in town???

This establishment ruined an expensive sweater set of mine and did not tell me about it when I picked up the garment. When I found out, I went back to talk to the owner and she said that this was a manufacturer defect. She told me that I needed to go back to the store that I bought the sweater from to get my money back. She not only refused to reimburse me for the sweater, she would not give me back the money that she charged for the dry cleaning to begin with. And she did admit that she has damaged clothing like this before. This business will completely rip you off, so buyer beware!!
